We also accommodate bulk orders, special delivery times, and extended rentals based on availability. All custom requests should be made in advance to ensure proper arrangement and confirmation.

2. Quotation and Confirmation

Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and provide a custom quotation based on your requirements. Prices for custom orders may vary depending on the product type, duration, and additional services such as delivery, setup, or collection outside standard hours. Orders will be confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.

3. Changes and Modifications

If you wish to modify your confirmed custom order (such as changing rental dates, items, or delivery details), please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Changes are subject to product availability and may incur additional charges if the request affects pricing or logistics.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations for custom orders must be made at least 24 hours before delivery to be eligible for a refund or credit. Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery are non-refundable, as resources and equipment are already reserved for your booking.
