Renting equipment from Rentigo is designed to be simple, flexible, and hassle-free. Our rental guide helps you understand the process from start to finish, so you can enjoy your event or setup without any stress.
1. Browse and Select
Explore our wide range of Smart TVs and electronic displays on our website. Choose the size, quantity, and rental duration that best suits your event, meeting, or personal use. For special requirements, you can also submit a custom order request.
2. Place Your Order
Once you’ve selected your equipment, you can place your order online or contact our support team for assistance. Orders are confirmed once payment (full or partial as per arrangement) is received. A refundable security deposit may apply depending on the item and rental period.
3. Choose Your Delivery Option
Rentigo offers flexible delivery options:

Customer Pick-Up: Collect the equipment directly from our location at 12 Senang Crescent, Singapore.

Rentigo Delivery and Collection: Our team delivers, sets up, and collects the equipment at your preferred time and location.
4. During the Rental
Handle the equipment with care and use it only for its intended purpose. Our team is available to assist with setup guidance or troubleshooting if needed. Customers are responsible for the equipment until it is returned or collected.
5. Return or Collection
At the end of the rental period, either return the equipment via self pick-up or schedule a Rentigo collection. Ensure all items, accessories, and packaging are returned in good condition to avoid additional charges.
6. Support and Assistance
Throughout the rental period, Rentigo provides friendly support for any questions, issues, or adjustments to your rental. We are committed to making your experience smooth, convenient, and enjoyable.
