1. Delivery and Pickup Requirements

Customers must have someone present to sign the Delivery Order (DO) to confirm that all items are received in good and working condition. After signing, any damage or defect will be the customer’s responsibility.


Each order includes one delivery and one pickup. If rescheduling is required because no one is available at the scheduled time, the extra trip cost will be borne by the customer.

2. Agreement

Welcome to Rentigo, Singapore’s trusted provider of TV and electronic rentals. By accessing our website or using our rental services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

3. Service Overview

Rentigo offers Smart TVs and electronic display rentals for events, meetings, exhibitions, and personal use across Singapore. All rentals are subject to availability and must be booked in advance to ensure timely delivery and setup.

4. Rental Period

The rental period begins on the date of delivery and ends on the agreed collection date. Customers who wish to extend their rental must contact Rentigo at least 24 hours before the end date to confirm availability. Additional charges may apply for extensions or late returns.

5. Payment and Deposits

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and based on a one-day rental unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required before or upon delivery.
A refundable security deposit may be requested depending on the rental item and duration. This deposit will be returned once the item is collected in good condition.

6. Use and Care of Equipment

All rented equipment must be handled responsibly and used only for lawful purposes. Customers are responsible for the proper care and operation of the equipment during the rental period. Any repair, modification, or tampering without Rentigo’s permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Damage, Loss, or Theft

Customers are fully liable for any damage, loss, or theft of rented equipment during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs will be determined by Rentigo based on the extent of the damage. Normal wear and tear are excluded.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before delivery may qualify for a refund or rescheduling. Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery are non-refundable.
If an item is found faulty upon delivery, Rentigo will offer a replacement or issue a refund at its discretion.

9. Liability and Limitations

Rentigo is not responsible for any indirect loss, delay, or damage resulting from the use or malfunction of rented equipment. Customers should verify that the equipment meets their requirements before renting.

10. Ownership and Governing Law

All rented products remain the property of Rentigo. Customers are granted temporary use of the equipment during the rental period but do not acquire ownership or rights beyond that.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from Rentigo’s services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
