Welcome to Rentigo. By accessing or using our website, services, or renting any equipment from us, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing any rental order.


1. General Terms

  • Rentigo provides rental services for TVs and related electronic equipment for events, offices, and personal use.

  • By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

  • Rentigo reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any order at its discretion.


2. Rental Period

  • The rental period begins from the date and time of delivery and ends when the item is collected or returned.

  • Any extension of the rental period must be requested in advance and is subject to availability and additional fees.

  • Late returns may incur extra daily rental charges.


3. Payments and Deposits

  • Full payment (including delivery fees and security deposit, if applicable) must be made before delivery.

  • The security deposit will be refunded within 3–5 business days after the equipment is returned in good condition.

  • Rentigo reserves the right to deduct repair or replacement costs for damaged, missing, or broken items from the deposit.


4. Equipment Use and Responsibility

  • The renter is responsible for the safe and proper use of all rented equipment.

  • Equipment must not be altered, moved to another location, or sub-rented without Rentigo's written consent.

  • In the event of damage, loss, or theft, the renter will be liable for repair or replacement costs.


5. Delivery and Collection

  • Delivery and collection are available across Singapore, based on the address provided during booking.

  • Delivery fees depend on location and item quantity.

  • The renter must ensure someone is present at the delivery and pickup location to receive or return the items.


6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before delivery are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may incur a 50% cancellation charge.

  • Once equipment has been delivered, rental fees are non-refundable even if returned earlier.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Rentigo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of rented equipment.

  • In case of equipment malfunction, our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the rental fee.


8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use customer information solely for the purpose of processing orders, deliveries, and support.

9. Changes to Terms

Rentigo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
